Mission Statement
At the Animal Welfare Observatory (AWO), we challenge the status quo of today’s food system to make it healthier, more sustainable, and free from animal suffering. Based in Spain and working across the EU, we lead and collaborate on corporate and legislative campaigns focused on raising animal welfare standards and accelerating the transition away from factory farming.
And just so you know: we are VERY persistent.
