PKD Free Babies Alliance, Ltd. (PKD-Free Alliance) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization focused on ending Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD) by preventing the disease from being passed down to the next generation. We are committed to enhancing generational health by ensuring a PKD-free future.

Since the launch of this program in July 2023, the Alliance has received over 170 grant applications and provided support to 90+ families on their PKD-free journey, with nearly 20 PKD-Free Babies welcomed to the world as of August 2025.
– Greater awareness and access to assisted reproductive technologies to help PKD-impacted families end PKD in their families.
