Junior Achievement of Northern California
Mission Statement
Junior Achievement of Northern California inspires and prepares young people ages 5–25 to succeed in a global economy. Through hands-on, volunteer-led programs, we equip students with the skills and mindsets to build thriving futures — fostering financial capability, work readiness, and an entrepreneurial spirit. By connecting classroom learning to real-world experiences, Junior Achievement empowers youth from all backgrounds to navigate opportunity, make informed choices, and contribute to a more equitable and sustainable economy.
Why Donate to Junior Achievement of Northern California?
Junior Achievement of Northern California creates transformative learning experiences that help young people connect their education to real-world opportunity. Through partnerships with local businesses and volunteers, we provide students with mentors and role models who expand their vision of what’s possible and help them build the skills and confidence to pursue their goals.
With the passage of California Assembly Bill 2927, schools will soon be required to teach financial literacy. Junior Achievement stands ready to support educators in meeting this critical need by providing turnkey, standards-aligned programming and volunteer support that bring financial education to life in the classroom.
Your donation enables us to reach more youth across Northern California, deepen our impact in under-resourced communities, and equip the next generation with the tools to navigate an evolving economy, make informed financial decisions, and build thriving futures.
