Mission Statement
1300KOALAZ’ core values lie in the rescue, rehabilitation, reunification and release of sick, injured, separated or orphaned koalas.
We are proud to have purchased the first wildlife virtual fencing to be trialled in South Australia in areas of high vehicle strike.
We believe in educating the public on the plight koalas are currently facing and give talks and presentations to all age groups from 5 to 95.
At 1300KOALAZ we believe in future proofing koalas by planting habitat where theirs has been lost through urbanisation or bushfire.

Without donations to help us pay for equipment and treatment to rescue and rehabilitate koalas in need. Without donations to pay for the trees and plants to rebuild the habitat lost in the 3 major bushfires in the last 6 years koalas could be extinct in as little as 30 years.
