Direct Relief

Mission Statement

The mission of Direct Relief is to improve the health and lives of people affected by poverty or emergency situations by mobilizing and providing essential medical resources needed for their care.

Why Donate to Direct Relief?

Giving is good medicine.

Everything Direct Relief does, every person whose life is saved or improved, stems from an act of generosity that’s purely voluntary. You don’t have to donate. That’s why it’s so extraordinary when you do.

2021 has been full of challenges, and Direct Relief has been able to respond more than ever before with donations of medicines, PPE, and other resources to healthcare facilities throughout the U.S. and around the world. This year alone, Direct Relief has delivered more than $1 billion worth of medicines to 2,000+ organizations – both on an ongoing basis and as part of disaster response efforts following the earthquake in Haiti, wildfires throughout the western U.S. and Europe, hurricanes in the Atlantic and Gulf, refugee crisis across the globe, and the continuing COVID-19 pandemic.

Thank you for being part of Direct Relief.
