Mission Statement
The Desai Foundation empowers women and children through community programming to elevate health, livelihood, and menstrual equity in rural India. Today we run 30 programs across eight states in India, working alongside local women and grassroots partners. We start by listening to the people we serve, pilot new programs, measure their impact, and then scale what works. We cultivate dignity so everyone can dream beyond their circumstances.
