El Paso Children’s Museum and Science Center
The Children’s Museum and Science Center will be an integral part of the educational ecosystem of our community. It will be an educational institution open to every member of the community. The new museum will be designed specifically to maximize open-ended and imaginative play and exploration. It will be a true community asset, among the best children’s museums in the nation, but designed especially for El Paso by the esteemed architecture firm Snohetta. The museum is under construction now, with a late 2022 completion expected, and will be located in the heart of El Paso’s Downtown Arts District.
