Erika’s Lighthouse is a not-for-profit dedicated to educating and raising awareness about adolescent depression, encouraging good mental health and breaking down the stigma surrounding mental health issues. Our programs promote inclusive school cultures around mental health by empowering educators, students, and families through mental health education programs that promote awareness, good mental health, and help-seeking. We believe in equitable access. All our high-quality programs are free of charge, so cost is not a barrier for schools.
