Why Donate to Iolani School ?

Founded in 1863 as a small mission school during the reign of Kamehameha IV and Queen Emma, ‘Iolani School has evolved into one of the nation’s premier independent schools. While our rigorous academic curriculum prepares students for success in college and careers, our mission extends beyond academics. A reflection of our roots in the Episcopal Church, ‘Iolani provides a spiritual foundation for the development of personal values and moral integrity. Through a rich array of educational, athletic, arts, and co-curricular programs, we honor our storied history and One Team culture, fostering in our students compassion, integrity, and global citizenship. Serving approximately 2,200 students, ‘Iolani is a diverse K-12 school set on a 25-acre campus in Honolulu, dedicated to shaping thoughtful, ethical leaders for a rapidly changing world.
