Income and wealth gaps are widening, fueled by unaffordable education, systemic racism, and other barriers to economic advancement. We work with partners to catalyze impact across the entire ecosystem of work and learning, from postsecondary institutions to workforce boards, from tech startups to community-based nonprofits, from large corporations to government agencies, and from philanthropists to policymakers. JFF breaks the mold of what a nonprofit traditionally looks like, taking risks and embracing new ideas in order to achieve the transformative change America needs.
