Mission Statement
Korean K9 Rescue (KK9R) is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing dogs from the South Korean dog meat trade, high-kill shelters, and abusive situations. We also rescue at-risk dogs locally in New York City through our foster-based adoption program. Our mission is to rehabilitate and rehome these dogs into loving families across the U.S., creating a world where all dogs—regardless of size, breed, or country of origin—can live safe, happy, and free.
