Mission Statement
To improve the health of under-resourced communities.
Why Donate to National Health Foundation?
National Health Foundation can help us effectively disrupt the cycle of homelessness in Southern California through trauma-informed care and wrap around services to individuals experiencing homelessness who have recently been discharged from a hospital due to illness and injury. National Health Foundation provides recuperative care services to an estimated 2000 individuals experiencing homelessness in Los Angeles and Ventura counties, increasing the likelihood that our unhoused neighbors can live healthier lives and transition into permanent housing. In 2023, NHF will be launching a one-of-a-kind 43,000 sq foot facility in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles that will provide interim housing and recuperative care to older adults experiencing homelessness, the fastest growing subset of individuals who live on our streets.
