Operation Broken Silence is building a global movement to empower the Sudanese people through innovative programs as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.

Operation Broken Silence is the only organization in the world empowering community-led education in Yida Refugee Camp, right outside of Sudan. We also support the only referral hospital in Sudan’s war-torn Nuba Mountains region and a variety of other one-time humanitarian projects there alongside our Sudanese partners.
Over a decade after our mission began, Operation Broken Silence is still one of the only nonprofits in the world working in this region of Sudan, and the situation here is constantly changing.
