Mission Statement
We believe that success breeds success – helping children take creative risks, work hard, and succeed, teaches them what success looks and feels like.
Summer Stars Camp for the Performing Arts provides kids ages 12 –17, from economically disadvantaged families in under-resourced communities, with an opportunity to discover themselves and their potential through the arts.
Supported entirely by donors, transportation, meals, lodging and the Camp experience are provided to campers at no charge.
Why Donate to Summer Stars Camp for The Performing Arts?
Your donation gets a kid out of Boston and New York City metros, Brooklyn or the deep Bronx, for nine days in a rural Massachusetts location to work on their passion. This is the only camp opportunity for most of these kids. At the end of the week, they are onstage, dancing, and singing for a live audience. Help youth experience what hard work breeds and success feels like.
