Space Foundation is a nonprofit organization founded in 1983, offering a gateway to education, information and collaboration for space exploration and space-inspired industries that define the global space ecosystem.Â

When a young child dreams of space and the future, we want to ensure they know that space IS their future. At Space Foundation, we passionately believe that everyone has a place in space and we are dedicated to sharing the joy of learning with students of all ages and backgrounds.
Through our educational programs, Space Foundation reaches students across the globe, igniting their curiosity and fueling their dreams. These students will one day become a part of an inclusive and diverse workforce, where individuals with a wide range of skills, from STEM to non-STEM, can pursue studies, careers, and ventures that contribute to solving the world’s most pressing issues.
We need artists, designers, skilled workers, data analysts, project managers, administrators, inventors, entrepreneurs, engineers, scientists, and yes, even astronauts. Each of these roles is vital to the future of space exploration and innovation.
