Women Enabled Enterprises strives to help low income women of color artisans in African countries grow their craft business for self-sufficiency through a virtual, mobile-phone based, retail entrepreneurship skills building program, access to international markets through our USA online marketplace "ShopConsciously", micro-funding from VC impact investors and ongoing alumni support.

Why Donate to Women Enabled Enterprises ?

When people partner with our organization, it has a significant impact on the economic well-being of African women artisans and their communities.  1. As much as 87% of women we worked with reported earning above the minimum wage in their respective countries.  2. 28% of the graduates employed an average of three or more people from their communities after the program, which helped create jobs and boost the local economy.  3. Almost 40% of them doubled their small business revenue post-program, demonstrating the program's effectiveness in equipping them with the necessary skills to grow their businesses.  4. Furthermore, 65% of the graduates reported being more profitable after the program, indicating that the program's impact was sustainable.
