CHC exists to eradicate health injustice, starting in Wyandotte County and the Kansas City region. We believe residents have the ability, and inherent right, to provide leadership in shaping systems and policies which impact health. Our mission is to enhance health outcomes through informing, collaborating, and activating organizations, government, and community.Â
