The Giving Block Becomes the First Crypto Philanthropy Platform to Launch Salesforce Integration

by | Dec 20, 2022

We’re excited to announce The Giving Block for Salesforce, a brand new integration that allows nonprofits using Salesforce to leverage their crypto fundraising data automatically. The Giving Block is the first Crypto Philanthropy platform to integrate with Salesforce, one of the most popular cloud-based CRM solutions for nonprofits.

Prior to this integration, nonprofits had to manually export, import, and map their crypto donation data into Salesforce to receive a full view of their fundraising. Now, with The Giving Block for Salesforce, nonprofits can seamlessly and automatically sync their crypto fundraising data into Salesforce to utilize all of the platform’s tools & insights. This exciting integration gives our clients a comprehensive and complete view of their fundraising data automatically –  giving them more time to do what matters.

What are the benefits of this integration?

This integration provides nonprofits with tools that will help reduce the amount of time spent sifting through data. Benefits include:

  • Skipping the manual import: Crypto donation data from The Giving Block will automatically sync to Salesforce for a complete view of your organization’s fundraising.
  • Customizing your data: Utilize custom record type mapping for contacts and opportunities for your crypto donations.
  • Managing donor relationships: Easily sort and segment crypto donors, allowing for more specific tracking, targeted communications, and personalized content.
  • Compatibility with Nonprofit Success Pack: It’s now even easier to use all the tools and insight from any Salesforce edition for your crypto data – including Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP). NPSP allows you to segment your crypto donors for reporting or personalized communication, utilize 70+ industry reports and dashboards for your crypto data and more.
