10 Days of Cryptocurrency Donations – #1: Bitcoin Beets Battlestar Galactica

Rainn Wilson (Dwight from “The Office”) made a “Donate Bitcoin” video for the Mona Foundation in November 2019. As you can imagine, Rainn had some fun with the video and encouraged people to donate their “worthless cryptocurrency”, taking a shot at Mark Cuban’s recent comments regarding Bitcoin.

Rainn had previously encouraged the Mona Foundation to apply for the Pineapple Fund, and as a result received a $1 million bitcoin donation. They now also accept ethereum, litecoin and bitcoin cash donations. You can view the video from Rainn Wilson on the Mona Foundation’s website here.
