As a Crypto Fundraising Strategist at The Giving Block, Ryan is a champion for nonprofits making an impact in the world. Ryan went down the crypto rabbit hole while spending time in the Defi space at a DAO. Previous to his time at The Giving Block, Ryan worked at UC San Diego for 17 years in various positions including Associate Director of Development, Director of Alumni Engagement and Community Service Program Coordinator. He started his career working at Deloitte as an auditor after graduating from Miami University in Ohio. He loves living in sunny SoCal with his wife and enjoys coaching his three kids’ sport teams. Other interests include eating dark chocolate peanut butter cups, hiking, running and practicing yoga.
