The CAPK Foundation is dedicated to addressing the immediate funding needs of the Community Action Partnership of Kern (CAPK) to support programs that serve to support low-income individuals in crisis. CAPK's programs address food insecurity and hunger, homelessness, water, energy and tax assistance as well youth and family services which all serve those in poverty.
