Why Donate to Currumbin Wildlife Hospital ?

SAVE PRECIOUS KOALAS - Every Koala is precious, especially now that Koalas are endangered. Funds donated will pay for medical equipment, supplies, food, medicine and care from the skilled Vets, Vet Nurses and hundreds of volunteers. It costs on average $120 to treat one wildlife patient. It costs $7,000 to treat a single critically ill Koala suffering from disease. Help to save Koalas by donating to Currumbin Wildlife Hospital – it takes kind people like you to make sure koalas can be vaccinated and keep thriving in the wild for future generations. “Today the Koala, a symbol of Australia, is endangered and may become extinct in large areas of Eastern Australia as early as 2050 without intervention. This cannot happen on our watch.” -says Dr Michael Pyne OAM, Senior Vet of Currumbin Wildlife Hospital (pictured)
