Your bitcoin will be immediately converted into support for individuals who are struggling to get back on their feet and put homelessness behind them. Without an address, how do you find a job? Without a job, how do you secure a home? Entryway provides customized career training and coaching for those facing homelessness and then matches them with work opportunities within our national network of apartment owner/operator partners. When hired, our participants are also provided with affordable housing on the property where they are employed. In 2022, hired Entryway participants reported an average pre-program hourly wage of $7.45 but were hired at an average $18.07 – a 142% increase in income. Positions also include benefits like insurance, retirement savings, PTO, and more. In addition, we negotiate a waived first month rent and a monthly rent discount, while our national partner, CORT, provides them with all the furniture and household items needed for their family. With ongoing training, support and mentorship, we set participants and their families on a path to succeed and find economic self-sufficiency.
