Mission Statement
The Evelyn Alexander Wildlife Rescue Center is dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and release of injured wildlife on the East End as well as education of our community in the protection our native animals. We are a 501(c) (3) not-for-profit corporation.
Why Donate to Evelyn Alexander Wildlife Rescue Center ?
The Wildlife Rescue Center receives over 10,000 calls each year for information or assistance with wild animal encounters. We also provide educational programs to local elementary and secondary schools. Students from local colleges participate in cooperative education programs and internships. The Evelyn Alexander Wildlife Rescue Center’s annual operating budget exceeds $850,000, almost all of which comes from the generosity of people like you.
