Mission Statement
Engaging in the humane treatment of community cats in East Harlem, NYC by 1) organizing for the trap, neuter, rescue or return (TNR) of feral and stray cats and the socialization of cats for foster and adoption; 2) bringing feral and stray cats to licensed veterinarians for medical care when needed.
