Mission Statement
At Harbor Care, our purpose is to end homelessness and transform lives. We integrate stable housing, with medical, dental and mental health care, veteran services, substance misuse treatment, employment services and other vital supports that lay the foundation for lasting change. Harbor Care has effectively ended homelessness among key demographics in greater Nashua, including veterans, and those living with HIV/AIDS.Â
