Mission Statement

Help Lesotho delivers grassroots mental health and educational programs in southern African communities decimated by AIDS, poverty, unemployment and gender-inequity. Life is not easy in Lesotho, but by equipping minds and healing hearts, we help the most vulnerable build their resilience to overcome life’s challenges. Operating since 2004, our work has made a real and lasting impact in the lives of approximately 260,000 orphans, youth, community leaders and members, and grandmothers.
