For over two decades, under the guidance of the founder and president of SBI, Dr B. Alan Wallace, thousands have received his teachings exploring genuine well-being and its causes, and understanding the nature and potential of consciousness.
SBI’s focus is on the cultivation of human flourishing and genuine happiness through exceptional mental health and balance, bringing the physical and psychological benefits of training awareness and attentional skills to ever-broader segments of the population and all areas of life.
Utilizing the same techniques as traditional Buddhist contemplatives, we can understand the origins, nature, and potentials of the human mind and its role in nature. With a global shift of priorities to genuine well-being, we can restore balance personally, and in the ecosphere.Â
