Mission Statement
South American Initiative (SAI) is a U.S.-based 501(c)(3) humanitarian organization dedicated to transforming lives through compassionate action. Operating throughout Venezuela, SAI provides life-saving medical care, nutritious meals, humanitarian assistance, and essential support to orphaned children, vulnerable families, hospital patients, expectant mothers, seniors, and abandoned animals. Through more than 30 active humanitarian programs, we work directly in underserved communities to restore hope, improve health, and create opportunities for a brighter future for those facing extreme hardship.
