For over 30 years, the Air Care Alliance has supported those who fly to help others. Volunteer pilots provide over 25,000 free flights in support of humanitarian causes in the U.S. every year. These pilots help patients access medical care not available where they live they fly to support environmental initiatives deliver relief and humanitarian aid in response to natural disasters relocate animals to better homes or better habitats offer flight experiences to children and fly to support our veterans. The Air Care Alliance encourages volunteerism among pilots and ensures that charitable aviation remains a viable resource for those who need it most. ACA's work fosters and enhances this vital aviation sector on a national level. We do that through advocacy, shared resources, collaboration, and raising the visibility of volunteer pilots. Importantly, we act as a free public resource to help those in need access critical services through aviation by connecting them directly with help.
